Privacy Policy

Overview

Vimelo processes prompts, media, model choices, and generation results to provide the AI creation requested by the user.

This policy applies to the Vimelo mobile application and its related support services.

Sources and permissions

Most information is provided directly by you or created as you use the app. Device, diagnostic, and transaction information may come from your device, Apple, Google, or the service providers used to operate the app.

Permission-controlled information is accessed only after you grant the relevant device permission. You can revoke a permission in system settings, although the related feature may stop working.

Information we process

• Prompts, conversations, feature selections, model choices, and creative settings you submit.
• Source photos, reference media, audio, video, generated results, favorites, and history.
• Account or installation identifiers, credit and purchase history, device data, diagnostics, and support messages.

How we use information

• Route a request to the selected AI model and return the generated result.
• Maintain generation state, history, favorites, credits, and premium access.
• Moderate misuse, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve quality and reliability.

Sharing and service providers

• AI model, media-processing, storage, moderation, and cloud infrastructure providers needed for the selected feature.
• App-store and entitlement providers used for purchases, subscriptions, and credit access.
• Authorities or advisers where required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information. We do not permit service providers to use information for their own unrelated purposes.

International processing

Gamina and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect information during those transfers.

Storage and retention

Uploads and generated results are retained as needed to complete requests and provide enabled history, recovery, safety, and support features. Users should remove sensitive creations and request deletion when they are no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

• Choose the prompt, media, model, and result you save or share.
• Avoid uploading confidential information or media you do not have permission to use.
• Delete history items where available or request account and server-side data deletion through support.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may also give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.

Children

Vimelo is not directed to children under 13. Users must meet the minimum age required for AI services and their local app store.

Third-party services and links

The app may link to or interoperate with services controlled by other companies. Their privacy practices apply to information they collect independently, so review their notices and controls before using those services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
