Why did a generation look different from my prompt?
Generative models are probabilistic. Follow the feature’s source-image and prompt guidance, then revise inputs or choose a different model.
Are credits refundable after a generation starts?
Review the in-app credit terms shown for the selected model. Contact support with the generation details if a provider error prevented completion.
How do I remove a creation?
Use the delete action in History where available. Contact support for uploaded media or server-side generation records that cannot be removed in the app.
What can I create in Vimelo?
Available tools can generate or transform images, video, music, and text depending on the models currently offered. Each tool shows the inputs it accepts.
How long does a generation take?
Timing depends on the selected model, media length, network conditions, and demand. Keep the request in History and use a completion notification where available.
How do I manage a subscription, credits, or refund request?
Manage subscriptions through the original Apple or Google account. Store refund rules apply to purchases; for a failed generation, contact Gamina support with the request details and do not resend sensitive source media by email.
