Delete Vimelo creations or account data

Remove creations from History first. Use account deletion in the profile when available or submit a request for uploaded media, generation history, and account information held by Gamina.

1. Open History and delete the creations you no longer want saved.
2. Open Profile or Settings and choose account deletion if present.
3. Email support from the account email if you cannot complete the deletion in the app.

If you cannot complete the steps above, email support@gamina.app from the address associated with your account, if applicable.

We may need to verify that you control the account or installation before processing a request. We will never ask for your password.

What may remain

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Data held by Apple, Google, or another independent provider is subject to that provider’s controls.
